Mooie kwaliteit en snelle levering, maar kleuren w

"Ik heb de Lily schapenleren handschoenen in donkerbruin besteld. De levering was ontzettend snel en de handschoenen waren netjes en mooi verpakt in een beschermhoesje. Bij het uitpakken viel mij echter direct op dat de kleuren behoorlijk afwijken van de foto’s op de website. Zo is de fleecevoering zwart in plaats van bruin, zoals afgebeeld. Daarnaast is de kleur van het leer een stuk donkerder dan op de meeste productfoto’s. De werkelijke kleur komt meer overeen met de tweede foto op de website en heeft bij bepaalde lichtinval zelfs een bijna paarse ondertoon. Ik heb hierover contact opgenomen met de klantenservice. Zij bevestigden dat de kleuren inderdaad kunnen afwijken. Het contact verliep erg vlot en vriendelijk en ik kreeg uiteraard de mogelijkheid om de handschoenen te retourneren. Ik heb ervoor gekozen om ze te houden, omdat het nog steeds prima handschoenen zijn en de kwaliteit mooi is. Wel vind ik het belangrijk om dit te benoemen, zodat toekomstige klanten weten dat zowel de kleur van het leer als de voering kan afwijken van wat op de website wordt getoond…"

"Bonne paire de gants, qui remontent assez haut, avec cuir de qualité qui s'assouplit dans le temps. Le tactile fonctionne bien. En revanche je trouve que les pouces sont très longs (mes pouces ne vont pas jusqu'au bout, ce qui rend le tactile de ce doigt inutilisable). Quant à la doublure, elle est assez chaude mais il ne faudrait pas que les températures soient trop basses quand même."

Dan kun je de handschoenen gelijk goed verzorgen. Touchscreenfunctie werkt tot nu toe ook prima. Verder is de donkerbruine kleur makkelijk te combineren met mijn jassen!"
